Adopt-A-Classroom is a strategic response to the evolving needs of charter education, by providing additional support for classroom teachers. 

Led by the Institute’s COO, Mr. Vamshi Rudrapati, the program utilizes a two-pronged approach to support Institute schools: 

• Adopt-a-Classroom: Every month, authorizer-level staff from the superintendent to the front desk receptionist, step away from their administrative roles to volunteer in a classroom. By taking over classroom instruction, Institute staff will provide relief to school faculty and maintain a direct, authentic connection with the needs of students and teachers.
• Teacher Copilot Series: The Institute will bring in “Teacher Copilots” – distinguished leaders from the business, political, and civic sectors. These experts deliver specialized masterclasses, sharing their professional wisdom and subject-matter expertise directly with the next generation. 

Through this initiative, the Institute aims to strengthen community connections and provide students with diverse mentorship opportunities.
