The two statewide charter school authorizers in South Carolina have formed a historic partnership. The partnership was formalized through the signing of a joint “Memorandum of Agreement” (MOA). Working together, the Institute and the SCPCSD are dedicated to putting South Carolina’s “Kids First”.
